New XCode RB 2006r3 users complaining Two Level Namespace

Hello

I have gotten complaints after switching to the new XCode where RB  
2006r3 (and older) users get the old Two level namespace error.
Does anyone know which setting in XCode I have to tweak ? or if it is  
even possible in the latest XCode ?
