I think I may just simply have corrupted X-Code project for this one plugin that is not following orders, I was testing other plugins that I published after Upgrading X-Code, those do not seem to suffer from the same problem. (Unless if the rules are more strict for control plugins than non control plugins, I have no other valid control plugin that has been built with the new X-Code to verify that)
