Create Variant of type "date"

Hi, All.

Help me please resolve my task.
I need to create in plugin Variant of the "Date" type, fill it and return
to the RB. But I'm can't find something like REALNewVariantDate().

How can I create Variant of the "Date" type?

There are anybody who has resolved this?
