volume concept. It would be a good bug report if you request to let
RB copying these help files out into the RB package concept, which is
an OS concept. RB does this already with plugins, so why not similar
support for help files.

No. From Webkit I know that you can get an event when the user clicks a
link. And in that event they could resolve the URL and if it is in the
virtual volume just load the html file and pass the data to the Webkit
control. My Webkit control at least can do that :-)
