Updated Xcode Universal Binary plugin template

I¹ve updated my Xcode Universal Binary plugin template to build the UB part
as a bundle rather than a dylib, as described in Jonathan¹s recent email to
this list (³Change of Suggested Mach-O Plugin Format²).  Version 1.3 of the
template is available to download here:

If anyone from REALsoftware has a chance to check this over, I¹d be very
grateful as I¹ve not worked with bundle compilation much before and I¹m keen
to check I¹ve got all of the settings right :-)
