REALDrawPicturePrimitive and how to do it on MacOS

REALDrawPicturePrimitive draws correctly in a HDC when providing a  
REALpicture that has a mask associated with it. But  
REALDrawPicturePrimitive does not draw correctly in a GWorld on the  
mac. Is the GWorld not ok? Not sure.. Note that the REAlpicture with  
the mask will show correctly when assigned to the window.backdrop or  
canvas.backdrop properties..

We use SetGWorld and then call REALDrawPicturePrimitive to draw into  
the GWorld. Is there an alternative?
