I have downloaded VS Express. Looks like it'll do the job.

I realized after I posted that REALbasic won't build for Classic  
anymore, just Carbon PEF. And I also found the documentation in the  
SDK, but wow is it outdated.

At the moment, I'm not eligible for the beta program because my plan  
has expired and I'm a couple versions old. There hasn't been  
something worth the $200 renewal yet when money is so tight. But with  
delegates now, I think I have to find a way to pull it off (and  
Leopard).
