CONCORD, NEW HAMPSHIRE and AUSTIN, TEXAS, USA (May 19, 2004) -- OpenBase
International, Ltd. and REAL Software, Inc. will provide practical, how-to
sessions on developing database applications using REALbasic as one of the
offerings at the OpenBase Developers Conference. The 2004 OpenBase
Developers Conference will be held in Maui, Hawaii, September 2 6, 2004.

"It is important that developers choose the right tools when building
database applications," says Scott Keith, CTO of OpenBase. "REALbasic offers
developers a complete cross-platform client-server development environment

OpenBase SQL can dramatically simplify and cut the cost of developing and

"OpenBase is an excellent choice for developing robust business applications
with REALbasic," added Geoff Perlman, CEO of REAL Software, Inc. "The
OpenBase Developers Conference is a perfect venue to provide developers with
practical hands-on experience in both technologies. OpenBase and REALbasic
offer a powerful combination for businesses that need reliability and
efficient development."
