Within Formation's organizational power, you'll discover customizable
lists, a built-in dictionary, smartlinks, tools to create rich text, a
variety of icons, search tools, shelves to create pre-set topics,

images, text, quicktime movies and audio files. Also features powerful
drag and drop abilities, extremely flexible aqua interface and much
more.
The core of Formation lies within its flexible list creation. To
manage the different possibilities when building lists, Formation can
create up to 14 custom columns, each with it's own column type. Column
types include text, text with icon, check box, pop-up menus, priority,
date, and password. Each item within a list has it's own notepad with
the option of unlimited pages. And to jazz up those notes, Formation
offers convenient text formatting tools. When you're ready, Formation
can email, print or export notes from within the application.
