Hotwork Ltd Releases The Analog Ripper 2.0 for Mac OS X.
ST DAVIDS, Pembrokeshire, UK. (November 23rd, 2004) -- Hotwork Ltd
announced the release of The Analog Ripper 2.0, the fastest and easiest
way to record from LPs Cassettes, radio or any analog source. The
Analog Ripper 2.0 is made with REALbasic
from REAL Software, Inc.
Features
Recording:
- Full control over recording sample rates, sizes and channels.
- Stop or pause recordings manually, after elapsed time or after a
period of silence.
- Stereo level meters and control of stereo gain.
- Option to record 78s at 33 rpm or 45 rpm, 33 rpm at 45 rpm.
- Recording time limited only by available disk space.
- Includes powerful scheduler to make recordings hourly daily or
weekly, while you are away from your computer.
Editing:
- Editor shows volume trace for left and right channels and/or combined.
- Track Hunter finds tracks from LPs and Cassettes
- Track start and end markers can be added/deleted/moved manually.
- Play Marker can be moved throughout recording.
- Most Quicktime sound file formats can be opened in the editor.
- Track Names and album data can be entered and then sent to iTunes.
- Trace and info saved with recording and tracks.
Saving Tracks:
- Tracks are saved as movies.
- Tracks can be exported as AIFF, WAVE or mp4 files.
- Tracks can be sent to iTunes for encoding with any of iTunes
encoders. ( mp3, AAC, Lossless encoder etc)
- Track info (artist, album name, track name etc) is sent to iTunes
with track.
