PHOENIX, Arizona (November 24, 2004) -- piDog Software announced today it
has introduced PDFast and updated SimpleKeys.
PDFast is a fast simple PDF viewer. By rendering the entire file to ram
at once rather than as it is viewed, PDFast provides a significant
speed improvement over Preview when viewing graphically heavy PDFs.
Users should note that large files will consume large amounts of
memory, 1gig of installed ram is recommended. PDFast is free, but users
are encouraged to contribute to help support development.
SimpleKeys has been updated to version 2.0.6. SimpleKeys is an easy to
use macro program, designed to provide the power of more complex programs,
with the simplicity to be accessible for the average user. The latest
update allows users to include shortcuts (macros) in a menu next to the
system clock. SimpleKeys is $20 shareware.
PDFast and SimpleKeys are both made with REALbasic from REAL Software, Inc.
