MADRID, Spain (December 21, 2004) -- Today Mosquito SW announced the release
of MoniTOR 1.0.3, the $20 System Utility that allows test and adjust the
most relevant parameters of CRT and TFT monitors: dead pixel, RGB colors,
tonal range, gamma response, geometry, pixel size, horizontal and vertical
phase, moire, image persistence, sharpness, contrast, etc. MoniTOR is made
with REALbasic from REAL Software, Inc.
Benefits
Test the color spectrum in the display with a more accurate tonal range
pattern). MoniTOR lets you adjust the saturation value of this new gradient,
which is great to evaluate the diverse white point values (color
temperature) and the maximum color saturation of your display.
New Features
- New popup menu with Convergence and Contrast options.
- The original Geometry option is much faster now in the drawing of the grid
subdivisions and the aperture of the diagonal lines.
- MoniTOR 1.0.3 lets you modify the sample text used for the Text test and
also shows the font size used for each line of text (in points).
A Demo version of MoniTOR is available at Mosquito SW website
