Intuitec Software Inc. Releases Major Upgrade v1.4.0 to its Stock Analysis
and Selection Software - SASS. Comprehensive Fundamental Analysis for
Stocks. Fully cross platform compatable (Classic Mac, Mac OS X, Windows, and
Linux). ONLY program of its kind capable of retrieving financial data from
the internet.
TORONTO, Ontario, Canada (March 26, 2005) -- Intuitec Software Inc. has
released a MAJOR UPDATE to its Stock Analysis and Selection Software -
SASS. SASS v1.4.0 includes major enhancements and additions that are not
available in any other stock analysis program.
SASS v1.4.0 has gained the ability to retrieve financial data for US and
Canadian public companies from the internet. Retrieved data can be saved in
standard .ssg file format. Also added is the abiliy to retrieve stock
symbols for public companies in 12 countries (Australia, Belgium, Canada,
France, Italy, Germany, Great Britain, Japan, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden &
USA). Best of all, no membership or subscription fees are required.

connection preferred.)
Other improvements in SASS v1.4.0 include: * the addition of Balloon Help in
Windows OS, * the addition of Help Tags in Mac OS X, * date calculations
have been made independent of system date format, * the most recent full
year understands and accepts older data dates from before the year 2000, *
date checking between full year end and latest quarter end date, now alerts
user when the difference in dates is not an even quarter or when the
difference in dates exceeds 12 months (4 quarters), * lowered the minimum
required number of most recent quarters for Sales & EPS from 8 to 5, *
modified the plotting of label for the DPS line to be adjacent to DPS line,
whether or not a recent DPS value exists, * modified the font displayed in
the ROE Sub-component listbox, so that is updates when a new font selection
is made from the Font menu, * modified the projected earning line for EPS,
so that it is drawn at the proper slope when the best fit line exceeds 20%
compound growth, * fixed the plot of EPS, where a value of 0 was ignored
instead of plotted, * fixed the plot of Best Fit line for EPS, where first
or last value of EPS was <= 0, * revised the trial period check so that it
resets to 15 days whenever a new version is tried by an unregistered user.

Background SASS carries out a Fundamental Value Based Analysis of a
publically traded company's historical and current financial data to assist
individuals - as well as members of either NAIC or CSA stock clubs - in
determining in minutes whether a given company is worth further
investigation.
The interface is clean, clear and intuitive. The graphs allow users to
visually SEE how the stock has been doing, and show users changes in a
company's growth trend, helping determine whether the stock is on sale,
fairly priced, or overvalued. Once the data is in SASS, users can view up
to 10 years of historical data. Tables and graphs displayed analyze the
company's historical performance, and assist users in assessing a company's
future potential performance. SASS also provides metrics for evaluating the
ability of the company to maintain its profitability. Users can omit
anomalous years of past performance if considered unrepresentative of the
overall trend. Estimate the future price range of the company, its Reward to
Risk ratio, and the potential future return. SASS also helps determine if a
stock's current price is in the Buy, Maybe or Sell zones.
Either import existing .ssg files into SASS, or key in financial data by
hand. SASS allows users to open .ssg files available from either the
National Association of Investors Corporation (NAIC) or the Canadian
Shareowners Association (CSA). SASS also has the ability to download .ssg
files from the NAIC's www.Better-Investing.org website, via a user's Better
Investing site registered e-mail and password. (Users must be NAIC members
and subscribe to the Better Investing OPS service. Membership and/or
subscription fees typically apply, and requires that your computer have
access to the Internet).
