PARADISE, California, USA - June 15, 2005 -- Bit of Paradise Products
is pleased to announce a maintenance update to SonicMood, a
background mood enhancing program created for OS X on the Apple
Macintosh using REALbasic from REAL Software, Inc.
SonicMood bathes you in gentle tones played by selected instruments
to calm and relax you while you work on your computer. Like "Mood
Chimes", notes which sound as if produced by chimes blown by the
wind, the patterns never repeat, are gentle and harmonious, and very
soothing. There are 22 different "Moods" - sets of instruments
(bells, crystals, kalimbas, glockenspiels, etc.), musical scales, and
timings - to listen to. You can add your own Moods or edit the 22
existing Moods. SonicMood has an "iTunes-like" appearance and is very
easy to operate.
Version 3.2.2 corrects minor cosmetic issues with 10.4 (Tiger). In
addition, these issues were addressed:
The SonicMood window's visibility state is now preserved from launch
to launch. In other words, if the main window is closed when quitting
SonicMood it will not open the next time SonicMood is launched. Of
course it can be opened by pressing Command-1 or clicking on the
SonicMood icon in the Dock.
A bug was fixed which prevented changes to the Moods settings (in the
"Mood Info" window) from taking place immediately.
A bug was fixed which could cause the minimized state of the
SonicMood window to become confused.
Prefs file handling was improved to prepare for changes coming in
SonicMood v3.3.0.
SonicMood runs natively under OS X. Visit our web site at
http://homepage.mac.com/johnrhall/SonicMoodPage.htm
to learn more. SonicMood is available for a 30 day trial and only
costs $10.
This version is a free upgrade for all our registered users.
