Toby W. Rush Design releases MIDI Keyboard Lab Suite
Greeley, Colorado, USA — 27 October 2005 — Toby Rush today announced
the release of the MIDI Keyboard Lab Suite, a set of programs for Mac
OS X which assist students in applying music theory skills to the
piano keyboard or any other MIDI instrument. MIDI Keyboard Lab Suite
is made with REALbasic from REAL Software, Inc.
MIDI Keyboard Lab 1.0 comes with over 100 exercises ranging from
basic note reading in four different clefs to the transposition of
chord progressions using chromatic harmony.
MIDI Keyboard Lab 1.0 comes with MIDI Keyboard Lab Score Receiver, a
program which allows the easy creation of a fully-automated keyboard
lab testing center.
Also available is MIDI Keyboard Lab File Creator 1.0, a program which
provides the complete customization of files included with MIDI
Keyboard Lab. MIDI Keyboard Lab File Creator can also allow users to
create new exercises from scratch with ease.
MIDI Keyboard Lab and MIDI Keyboard Lab File Creator are available as
fully-functional, thirty-day demos. MIDI Keyboard Lab can be
purchased for US$39.95, and MIDI Keyboard Lab File Creator is
available for US$114.95. A site license is also available.
MIDI Keyboard Lab and MIDI Keyboard Lab File Creator require Mac OS X
10.2 ("Jaguar") or higher. MIDI Keyboard Lab requires a MIDI keyboard
or other MIDI instrument.
