Releases TaskTime4 v4.0
TaskTime4 provides a straightforward method of tracking time spent on
jobs you do for your clients. It can generate personalized invoices
which can be emailed, printed, and saved to disk. Other important
features include: project status tracking, Address Book integration
for adding clients, linking of related resources to projects for easy
reference, project expenses tracking, ability to bill for flat rate
items, scheduled and manual data backup, minimizing of project
windows to small floating time controllers, and much more.
This version represents a major upgrade with many new and improved
features.
Some of the additions and improvements in v4.0:
- Major project window user interface overhaul (tabs for Sessions,
Expenses, Flat Rate Items, Invoice Options, and Notes)
- Project team support (project collaboration system)
- New Safari style Preferences window
- All new report creation system with a variety of configuration options
- QuickSession feature starts a session on the fly that can be added
to any existing project or to a new project
- Session specific notes can be displayed and edited on the Sessions
tab of project windows
- Separate dates can be recorded for (1) when a project is begun (2)
when a project invoice is sent, (3) when a project is put on hold (4)
if and when payment becomes overdue, and (5) when payment is made (6)
when a project is marked as completed
- Total Charges (calculated using Timed Sessions Total, Expenses
Total, Flat Rate Total, Balance Owing, Credit Amount and Discount
Amount.) shown on project window
- Direct session by session elapsed time editing
- When sending an invoice as an email attachment the email message is
automatically addressed (if an email address has been entered for the
client).
- Controller width is adjustable to accommodate projects with long names
- Rounding up of session times to user specified interval
- "Discount" option added to Invoice Options
- Key combos to bring up client window and project manager
- Invoice numbers listed in project manager list along with project
names

Requires Mac OS X (any version)
TaskTime4 is Shareware. The registration fee is $20 ($5 to upgrade
for registered users of versions prior to 4.0).
