REALbasic Tip: Resizing controls on a window

It's often the case that you wish to resize a control in a window in 
only
one direction (vertically or horizontally). You can do this in 
REALbasic by
holding down the Shift key while resizing the control. REALbasic will 
then
only resize the control in the first direction in which you drag.
