As you probably know, REALbasic supports ODBC which allows you to connect to any database engine. The only catch is that there must be an ODBC driver for the OS you are using. Microsoft provides Windows-compatible ODBC drivers for Microsoft SQL Server but they don't provide a Mac version. Fortunately, Actual Technologies does.

If you are building an application for the Mac in REALbasic and need to connect to MS SQL Server, check out Actual Technologies ODBC driver at: <http://www.actualtechnologies.com>
